Do you have units with dens instead of an extra bedroom?

Yes! Both our one-bedroom and two bedroom units have den options.

What appliances are included with the unit?

Each unit is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer, plus stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.

Are there balconies?

Yes, all our units have balconies.

Do the units have window coverings?

Yes, all units come with roller blinds.

Is there a storage locker on-site?

Yes, there is a storage locker provided for each unit. The cost of the locker is included in the rent.

Is there bike storage?

Yes, there is bike storage available subject to inventory.

Is parking available?

There is one inside parking space available (subject to availability) for an extra monthly fee. We have allocated one inside parking space per unit. There is an additional outside parking space available (subject to availability) to rent.

Is there visitor parking?

Yes, there are visitor parking spaces outside as well as public street parking.

Is there laundry in the building?

Yes. Each unit has its own private washer and dryer appliances.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Utilities are not included in the rent. It is the responsibility of the tenant to pay all utilities. Wifi, however, is included in the rent.

How much notice is needed to move out?

Residents are required to give 60 days (two full calendar months) notice and can do so when their 12 month lease term is ending, or has passed.

Is the building smoke-free?

Yes, the building is a smoke free property.

What methods of rent payment are taken?

Rent can be paid by cheque or pre-authorized automatic withdrawal on the first of each month.

Is the building pet friendly?

Absolutely! We love our furry tenants as much as the human ones.

Are BBQs allowed on balconies?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to have a BBQ on a private balcony.

Can I book a virtual viewing?

Virtual guided and self-guided viewings of our units are available. Please contact Melissa at 613-223-8833 to arrange a viewing.

Do you offer short-term leases and/or furnished units?

We do not offer short term leases or furnished apartments.

Is a deposit required?

Yes – a deposit is required when you make an application for the apartment.

Do I need insurance?

Yes – we do require tenant insurance.

What do I need to provide when I apply?

When submitting an application, you will be asked to provide valid Photo ID, proof of income and employment, certified cheque, references and current landlord contact details.
